Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising 20 or more associates, including performance management and employment decisions.

• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Plan staffing and payroll according to weekly and monthly sales and traffic.
• Recruit, hire, and manage store personnel at all levels.
• Coach and develop associates; create succession plans.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, ticketing and merchandising execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and loss prevention.
