Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in store management.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an outgoing and enthusiastic rapport with store customers, providing good service and assistance.
• Successfully complete the Management Training Program.
• Employ and train a qualified Assistant Manager with approval of the District Manager.
• Supervise weekly schedules and operate the store within the payroll budget with the Assistant Manager.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure clean, organized displays and stock rooms.
