Responsabilités

• Operate the store to maximize sales and profit within company policies.
• Hire and train the Assistant Manager and staff with District Manager input.
• Prepare and submit weekly schedules and status reports as required.
• Control inventory shrinkage within targets and enforce safety policies.
• Manage payroll budgeting and reporting to District Manager.
• Ensure accurate pricing, receipts, and records, and maintain clean stores.
