Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related store management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an outgoing and enthusiastic rapport with store customers and provide excellent service.
• Successfully complete the Management Training Program.
• Recruit and train an Assistant Manager with District Manager input.
• Supervise and train store personnel with support from the Assistant Manager and District Manager.
• Coordinate with District Manager on personnel or operational issues.
• Control inventory shrinkage within target levels and uphold safety policies.
• Prepare and submit weekly schedules and manage payroll budget with guidance from leadership.
• Ensure proper pricing, reporting, and documentation of store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organized displays, and well-kept offices and stock rooms.
