You will oversee staff, training, payroll budgeting, and adherence to company policies, while maintaining strong customer service and community relations. Expect to manage schedules and ensure merchandise availability and proper displays across departments.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of related experience in store management.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Strong planning, coaching, analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an outgoing and enthusiastic rapport with store customers and provide assistance.
• Complete the Management Training Program.
• Employ and train an Assistant Manager with approval of District Manager.
• Supervise and train store personnel with guidance of the Assistant Manager and District Manager.
• Obtain advice from District Manager on personnel or operational issues; consult Regional VP in absence.
• Control inventory shrinkage to within 2.5% of annual sales and enforce safety policies.
