Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly schedules and manage payroll budget.
• Control inventory shrinkage and keep it within policy limits.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Report to District Manager on sales, issues, and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate receipts, reports, and inventories per policy.
• Communicate effectively with district and regional management.
