Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and leadership development experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct store team to maximize sales and deliver prompt, courteous service.
• Solicit orders, sell products, and represent company policies.
• Maintain customer base and grow volume at assigned accounts.
• Coordinate sales efforts with Territory Sales Manager.
• Supervise store staff and work with District Manager on HR tasks.
• Develop schedules and manage payroll forecasting.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to optimize profitability.
