Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required with at least 3 years of related supervisory experience.
• Experience in retail operations, cash handling, and budgeting preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site donations and merchandise processing, including sorting and pricing.
• Maximize sales through effective pricing, rotation, and display strategies to meet goals.
• Ensure quality customer service and efficient cashier operations.
• Manage store budget, payroll, and expense control to meet financial targets.
• Supervise and train staff; schedule coverage for optimal operations.
• Maintain store safety, security, and loss prevention practices.
• Keep the sales floor, backrooms, and exterior areas clean and organized.
