Qualificações

• Read and interpret store procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory counts.
• Understand cash handling, deposits, and loss prevention.
• Operate cash registers and generate daily reports.
• Know inventory, merchandising, and restocking practices.

Responsabilidades

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees per laws and policies; ensures proper staffing.
• Provides training, conducts evaluations, and counsels when needed.
• Sets pay rate recommendations and advancement pathways.
