lululemon is seeking a Store Manager in Chicago to lead all aspects of store performance and guest experience. You will hire, develop, and mentor a diverse team, shaping a culture where everyone feels welcomed and empowered to grow.

You will drive merchandising, operations, and local initiatives, manage budgets and labor, and partner with community ambassadors to strengthen brand presence while delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year managing business operations and labor scheduling.
• Ability to work variable schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Eligible to work legally in the country the store is located.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive store culture and develop the team.
• Drive guest experience and community engagement on the floor.
• Oversee store operations, product decisions, and quarterly planning.
