CITITRENDS is a leading off-price retailer of apparel, accessories, and home trends dedicated to delivering great style at exceptional prices. We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead all aspects of store performance, people leadership, and operational execution.

You will oversee daily operations, drive sales and profitability, coach a high‑performing team, and ensure a welcoming, compliant customer experience—while upholding company policies and standards in a fast‑paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales performance and implement actions to drive results.
• Maintain payroll management, shrink control, and operating expenses.
• Ensure proper inventory controls and compliance with shrink prevention standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and manage store associates.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to develop the team.
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations and business needs.
