Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Shawnee, OK. Lead all store operations to maximize sales while upholding Our Burlington values.

You will mentor and coach a team, partner with district and regional teams, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will oversee merchandising, staffing, payroll budgeting, and daily execution of SOPs to drive results. This role requires a proven leader with strong communication and organizational skills and offers a salaried position

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a big box or specialty environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling/ reporting software and payroll budgeting.

Responsabilités

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to enforce policies and initiatives.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing with merchandising and operations teams.
• Review receiving, transfers, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure accurate inventory.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expenses; oversee reporting and records.
• Recruit, screen, and hire staff; onboard and train new associates; coach and develop teams.
• Handle employee relations, scheduling, and workforce planning.
• Foster communication across store, district, and regional teams.
