Job summary

The role requires a proven retail leader, strong communication, flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to manage budgets and staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a coaching mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Store Associates to ensure policy execution.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs and chargeback paperwork for inventory accuracy.
• Lead by example as MOD and manage multi‑million‑dollar sales and expenses.
