Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail or hospitality.
- Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees.
- Car wash experience not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead team culture and coaching to drive performance.
- Deliver a safe, clean, 5-star experience for customers and staff.
- Support daily operations, scheduling, and safety standards.
- Drive revenue growth through coaching and customer interactions.
- Assist GM with payroll reviews and hours approval.
- Availability to work 45–50 hours per week.
