Peet’s Coffee is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team at our Ventura, CA location. You’ll drive sales and provide exceptional customer service by coaching staff, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll role-model accountability, teamwork, and a passion for coffee and community.

Qualifications

• 3 years management/supervisory experience in service or food industry.
• Must maintain open availability for 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work varied hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country where this job is located.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must comply with Peet's Employment of Minors policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and drive sales.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and analyze reporting for growth.
• Create a positive work environment with coaching, feedback and engagement.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain high standards of coffeebar operations including cleanliness and safety.
• Schedule and deploy staff to meet productivity and service goals.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and de-escalation in a fast-paced setting.
