Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is seeking a Store Manager in California to lead a team, manage inventory and drive sales. You will coach staff, schedule shifts, and ensure store standards including cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management/supervisory experience in service or food industry.
• Must maintain open availability and work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work varied hours to support business needs (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Must comply with Peet's Employment of Minors policies and work with minors.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team, fostering accountability, growth and high performance.
• Drive sales and financial results by executing business plans, managing inventory and cash handling.
• Analyze reporting to identify opportunities for growth and cost control.
• Schedule, deploy and manage staffing to meet productivity and service goals.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance management to staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, product quality and safety across operations.
