Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/supervisory experience in service or food industry.
• Open availability and ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work varied hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical tasks may be required during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team by fostering accountability, growth, and high performance to deliver outstanding service, drive sales and achieve financial goals.
• Drive financial and operational results by executing business plans, managing inventory, cash handling, and analyzing reporting for growth and cost control.
