Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience in the service, food industry or related field.
• Must be able to maintain open availability and follow 40-hour work week scheduling.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a store team to deliver outstanding service and strong sales.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and reporting to identify growth opportunities and control costs.
• Create a positive work environment, recognize achievements, and promote open communication.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety and labor laws and maintain store standards.
