Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Tulsa is seeking a Store Manager to lead team culture, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop future leaders. This role supports daily operations and steps in for the General Manager during absences.

You will coach 8–12 staff, manage scheduling, drive revenue, and uphold safety/cleanliness standards to deliver a 5-star experience from drive-up to drive-out. Availability to 45–50 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience considered.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management in fast-paced environments; car wash experience not required.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive, customer-focused workplace culture through team development and coaching.
• Lead all GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees from drive-up to drive-out.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching team members and optimizing customer interactions.
• Assist in payroll tasks and review of hours for all employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workplace by enforcing safety protocols.
