The Container Store is seeking a Store Manager in the Newark, DE area. The role focuses on daily store execution, people leadership, and operational excellence to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and lead teams, drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations in partnership with the General Manager.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver consistent performance and service.
• Support labor planning and scheduling in line with priorities and traffic.
• Analyze store data to track progress and identify gaps.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Drive career development and regular performance feedback.
