The role requires hands-on leadership, open availability, and the ability to manage all shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

This salary position offers a competitive pay range of USD 44,000 to 58,000 per year, full-time hours, and benefits such as weekly pay, 401(k), PTO, and a $1500 sign-on bonus after six months.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work any shift as needed.
• Valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead by example in all aspects of store operations.
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness.
• Minimum age 21+.
• Certification: Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage; work days with availability for any shift.
• Run registers, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, and maintain lot and pumps.
• Coach team to deliver great service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and deposits; must have valid license, vehicle, and insurance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and manage deli or QSR operations when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
