Job summary

GPM Investments is seeking a Store Manager for Store 4603 in Gilbert, AZ. Lead operations, drive store performance, coach a team of 8–15 across all shifts and own all aspects of the location.

The role offers competitive pay ($44,000–$58,000/year), weekly pay, bonuses, and benefits in a retail/convenience environment. Requires 21+ with a valid driver's license, transportation and insurance; Food Safety Certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work any shift as needed, including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance for bank deposits.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead by example in all aspects of store operations.
• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage; work days but available for any shift.
• Run register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, maintain lot and pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver great service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries and merchandising.
• Handle banking deposits; must have license, vehicle and insurance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Control expenses and labor hours while meeting sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and assist deli/QSR as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
