You will begin in a leadership-training track designed to develop you into a General Manager.

Training spans 12+ weeks with evaluations and a GM certification (GO100), promoting a clear career path within Panda's operations, culture, and leadership expectations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare for future General Manager opportunities through Panda's leadership development path and GM certification process.
