Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operation of a Panda Express store in Racine, WI. You will lead a team, hire and train associates, drive toward financial goals, and ensure outstanding guest experiences through effective supervision and coaching.

You will participate in a multiweek leadership training program and have opportunities for growth into management positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff as part of the store leadership team.
• Manage daily operations, ensure food safety and quality, and resolve guest issues.
• Support leadership development and participate in ongoing training programs.
