A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. You should be flexible to relocate within 50 miles, be available for a varied schedule, and hold Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Support leadership training and development through a multi-week program.
• Ensure strong execution of daily store activities and team coordination.
