Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires start in Store Manager roles as part of our General Manager development path. Training spans 12+ weeks, with evaluations and GM certification leading to promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store and manage associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead hiring, training and directing of staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Participate in leadership development path with training and progression toward General Manager.
