Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in California is seeking a Store Manager for a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and supervise team members to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes leading training, daily operations, and preparing for future General Manager opportunities through our leadership program. A flexible schedule and Serve Safe certification are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express location; hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop team members; ensure safety and food quality standards are met.
• Drive guest experience by maintaining smooth daily operations and excellent service.
• Support training and development through the leadership program.
