Panda Restaurant Group in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You’ll hire, coach and supervise associates to meet financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will undergo 12+ weeks of leadership training and participate in the GM development path; after training, you may advance toward General Manager. Comprehensive benefits and a strong promotion track accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move store within 50 miles.
• Ability to work flexible opening/closing hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Provide leadership training and support as part of the GM development path.
