Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations at a Panda Express store in California. You will hire and coach staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance while upholding Panda standards.

The role includes a structured leadership training path with ongoing development, and opportunities for advancement to General Manager after training and certification milestones are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Available to work opening and closing shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda store.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial and guest-service goals.
• Participate in leadership training and development to prepare for GM path.
