Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations in Plano, Texas. You will lead staffing, training, and development of the leadership team to achieve sales and profit goals while maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.

Responsibilities include merchandise flow, payroll, loss prevention, and customer service excellence. The role requires strong leadership, store operations experience, and the ability to coach and motivate Associates at all levels

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish goals and execute results.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity.
• Analyzes store reports to evaluate expenses and performance.
• Recruits, hires, trains and develops store leadership and associates.
• Ensures proper scheduling and payroll administration.
• Manages merchandise processing and in-store marketing to Company standards.
