Ross Stores, Inc. in Garland, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment. You will recruit, train and coach the leadership team, ensure adherence to company standards and optimize merchandise presentation.

You will manage payroll, scheduling and expenses while delivering outstanding customer service, safeguarding assets, and guiding Associates to meet performance goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

Competenze

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish goals, develop a schedule to complete tasks and execute to achieve results.
• Fluency in English.
• Must exercise considerable independent judgement and discretion.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Lead all store operations to meet company standards and drive sales.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Associates.
• Oversee Stockroom, Front End and Sales Floor to ensure timely merchandise flow and expense control.
• Monitor store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and performance.
• Ensure scheduling aligns with business objectives and staffing needs.
• Maintain safety, loss prevention and compliance with policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and oversee merchandise presentation.
