Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Grainger branch in an onsite capacity, directing service delivery and operations to meet branch goals. The role emphasizes talent excellence, customer interactions, safety, and cost control while aligning with Grainger's strategic priorities.

Reporting to the Branch Network leadership, you will build internal and external partnerships, drive a performance culture, and ensure the location delivers top-tier value to customers and the workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years leadership experience required.
• Ability to implement initiatives, manage projects and demonstrate change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly branch team members and communicate a sound business strategy.
• Ensure execution of the branch network's strategic vision and goals.
• Balance operating expenses with higher level of service and look for process improvements.
• Build partnerships to differentiate Grainger's value and service.
• Maintain safety and security for team members and customers.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Preferred
