• Manage POS transactions, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Recruit, train, and retain associates; onboarding and compliance training.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll, time off, and breaks.
• Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising, and safety standards.
• Coordinate Omni-Channel orders and daily fulfillment.
• Collaborate with District Manager and implement store initiatives.
