Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, staff leadership, and guest experience. You will drive sales through product knowledge, promotions, and a clean, organized environment while managing scheduling and payroll processes.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior multiunit experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year retail management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of retail sales/guest service/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Promote store initiatives, training, and compliance across associates.
• Manage scheduling, payroll edits, and bank deposits.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory, and loss-prevention practices.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily.
• Supervise and develop sales associates, keyholders, and assistant managers.
