Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy execution.
• Ensure team fulfills individual responsibilities.
• Coordinate with Merchandising for merchandise placement and promotions.
• Coordinate with Operations to review receiving, transfers, RTVs and inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty and lead with Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expenses with reporting oversight.
• Recruit, screen and hire store associates.
• Onboard and train new associates; provide ongoing coaching.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Payroll budget management and scheduling across the team.
• Foster communication among store, district, regional teams and partners.
