Job summary

Burlington Stores seeks a Store Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation, drive sales, and uphold our customer service standards. You will mentor and coach a diverse team while building partnerships with other branches.

You will oversee day-to-day merchandising, operations, and service management, ensuring strong execution and adherence to Burlington SOPs. Travel and flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to execute policies and standards.
• Oversee merchandise placement, promotions, pricing, and store layout.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budgets with reporting and record-keeping.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop store team members; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Ensure effective communication with district and regional teams and store partnerships.
