Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Michigan to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation, grow sales, and drive customer service excellence. You will mentor teams, coordinate merchandising and operations, and partner with regional leaders to execute company standards.

You will manage staffing, budgets and daily tasks, ensuring a world-class shopping experience while upholding Burlington values of trust, respect, and integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move boxes up to 40 lbs and manage multi-million-dollar store operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Store Associates.
• Oversee merchandising, operations, and customer service to maximize sales.
• Recruit, onboard and coach store staff; lead payroll budgeting and scheduling.
• Collaborate with district and regional teams to ensure policy execution.
