Burlington Stores in Wisconsin-Green Bay is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation and deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will mentor a team, drive sales results, and partner with store leadership to execute merchandise and service strategies with integrity.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and payroll budgeting while fostering a culture of trust and teamwork. The role offers competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsabilités

• Direct management and oversight of Store team to ensure implementation of policies and initiatives.
• Ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing with merchandising leadership.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, returns-to-vendor, and chargeback paperwork for inventory accuracy.
• Lead by example as Manager on Duty and maintain Burlington SOPs.
• Manage store budget and lease with reporting and record-keeping.
