This full-time role requires a proven leader with strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising.
• Oversee receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargeback paperwork for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budget; review reporting and records.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop the store team.
• Handle payroll budget and scheduling; facilitate communication across teams.
