Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Chicago, IL to lead all aspects of a multi-million-dollar store operation. You will mentor a team, deliver world-class customer service, and drive sales while upholding the company values of trust, respect, and integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of store operations to maximize sales and ensure customer service excellence.
• Lead and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates while upholding company policies and standards.
• Coordinate merchandising, promotions, and pricing with merchandising and operations teams.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, transfers, RTVs, and chargebacks.
• Manage payroll, staffing, and scheduling within budget.
