You will mentor, coach, and partner with associates and other branches to ensure excellent customer service, strong teamwork, and adherence to company standards. The role requires visible leadership and accountability for results.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of retail management in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy execution.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and coaching to meet store needs.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing with merchandising teams.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budgets and related reporting.
