Burlington Coat Factory Whse. Corp. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation, mentor a diverse team, and drive sales while upholding Burlington values.

You will own day-to-day merchandising, operations, and service management, build partnerships with district and regional teams, and serve as a strong leader and coach to store associates. The role requires a proven retail leadership background, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage budgets,

Competenze

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs; travel may be required.

Mansioni

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement company policies and initiatives.
• Partner with store leadership to coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and model Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budgets; review reporting and records.
