Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams and meet store targets.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software typically used in retail.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Store Associates to execute policies and initiatives.
• Oversee daily store operations to maximize sales and customer service.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Operations leaders on inventory, promotions and pricing.
• Lead payroll and scheduling budgets and ensure staffing needs.
