• Identify and promote internal candidates for Store Manager and Assistant Manager roles.
• Partner with store personnel to generate referrals and educate customers on leasing processes.
• Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Address customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Recruit, interview, and hire store personnel.
