Job summary

Burlington Stores in Twin Falls, Idaho seeks a Store Manager to lead all store operations, drive sales, and mentor a team of associates. You will deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and manage day-to-day merchandising, operations and service management to ensure a world-class shopping experience.

You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and partnerships with district leaders, while building a trusted, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy and initiative implementation.
• Ensure team fulfills individual responsibilities and partners on merchandising and pricing.
• Review receiving, transfers, RTVs, and chargeback paperwork to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as MOD; lead by example and model Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budgets with reporting and record-keeping.
• Recruit, screen, hire, onboard, coach, and develop team members.
