• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and optimize merchandise mix, inventory, and customer demographics.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with programs, procedures, and policies.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through high standards of service and merchandising.
