Job summary

The Marshalls store at The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a Store Manager who will drive growth and deliver an inclusive, supportive environment.

You will lead a large team, oversee all facets of store operations, and ensure a positive shopping experience through strong customer service and effective merchandising. You will recruit and coach Associates and Assistant Managers, implement sales-focused plans, and manage loss prevention and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and motivate a large team.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills across levels and functions.
• Broad knowledge of store operations including customer service, merchandising, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to drive sales, manage expenses, and minimize shrink.
• Recruit, train, and develop Associates and Assistant Managers; mentor for promotions.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and optimize inventory and pricing strategies.
• Focus on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with company programs and policies.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and merchandise presentation; communicate clear action plans.
