Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Store Manager in Charleston, SC. You will lead a large Associates team, drive sales, manage operations, and foster an inclusive, high-performance environment to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

As a successful candidate, you’ll have 3–5 years of retail leadership, strong coaching and communication skills, and a track record of optimizing store performance, loss prevention, and team development.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience as a Store or District Manager in dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience driving sales, controlling expenses, and implementing loss prevention programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and optimize inventory and merchandising.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with company programs and policies.
• Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience with high service and presentation standards.
