Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a large team in a fast‑paced Westwood, MA location. You’ll drive sales, manage operations, training, and customer service while delivering a welcoming, inclusive environment for Associates and shoppers.

You’ll recruit and mentor staff, implement action plans, control expenses, and maintain loss prevention. The role offers growth within a Fortune 100 retailer with strong benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, and scheduling.
• Recruit, train, and develop Associates; mentor and role‑model a positive environment.
• Communicate and implement plans for projects, targets and store changes; support succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expenses, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention programs.
