• 3–5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in high-volume environments.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop large teams and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and optimize merchandise mix and inventory.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with programs and policies.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience through high standards of service and presentation.
